The Wäldnerhof - Pinto Arabian Breed - Havaneser, Malteser und Coton de Tulear Breed

The Coton also belongs to the group of society and accompany dogs. Apparently he was taken by mariner sailors to Madagascar, where he became the lap-dog of the nobles. As a “ordinary person” it was by penalty forbidden to own such a dog. His fur gave him the name: Coton means cotton and Tulear is a seaport in Madagascar. Coton de Tulear means cotton dog from Tulear.

He is a friendly family dog which is easy to train obedience; he gets used to all live circumstances and is happiest to be with his family.
